It’s very likely that you are the team member who usually acquires lots of information by perusing all kinds of written material. These materials can include newspapers, books, memos, and electronic documents. Chances are good that you are much more intent on winning and being the very best when you have established a mutually supportive relationship with your teacher, coach, or supervisor. The attention of authority figures usually gives you just the boost you need to push on toward victory. You probably have benefited from similar ties in the past. Because of your strengths, you make a point of acknowledging and applauding the unique contributions of your teammates. You probably call attention to their talents, knowledge, and skills. Driven by your talents, you are comfortable being open and honest about who you are. Often you intentionally avoid people who are less than truthful. Your strengths allow you to capture first-place honors again and again. You refuse to concentrate much energy on areas where you must struggle just to be average. “What’s the point?” you ask yourself.

Key point for me is that we must always realise what makes us good and keep doing it.  I try to improve on weakness one at at time not just concentrate on the many areas I need to improve on.  Use your strengths and become world class in these areas.

Your Personalized Strengths Insights

Because of your strengths, you usually equate education — formal and informal — with understanding more about something today than you understood about it yesterday. By nature, you value education and scholarship at any level and at any age. Your thirst for knowledge causes you to explore many topics of study or specialize in one particular subject. Driven by your talents, you have little difficulty giving intense effort to projects, problems, or opportunities that capture and keep your attention. It’s very likely that you simply cannot have too much information. It is impossible. Like a miner searches for gold day after day, you continually collect new bits of knowledge. Depending on your other talents, you can delve into one or two interesting topics, or you can opt to know a little about a wide range of subjects. Your longing for knowledge is unlikely to be satisfied until you are recognized by others as the ultimate expert in a field or the grand champion of trivia. Instinctively, you absorb all sorts of information from books, publications, or other written materials. You display a voracious — that is, never fully satisfied — appetite for knowledge. You devour the written word to savor useful facts. For you, a great day is one during which you have added new insights to your mind’s storehouse of ideas.

We are always learning, it allows us to evolve not change just adapt and keep improving. Nature is very unfair to those that do not adapt.
