Committed to a common vision

I  have just finished working with an under 18 cricket team who have been able to develop a high performing culture in six months.  Their abilities were compared against a control group using objective tests.  They performed significantly better than the test group.  Not only did they improve on their initial scores by being technically and tactically more proficient they creating an environment where they became commitment to helping one another, they held one another accountable and pushed the boundaries of their own potential.  I wish them well for the coming season.  It just shows what you can do when a group of people become committed towards a common vision.
